DESCRIPTION

On our private boat trip to Menies Bay along the coast, you will discover stunning gorges immersed in sparkling emerald and azure waters. The usual winds do not affect Menies Beach, which makes it an ideal place for swimming and relaxation. There you will also have the opportunity to swim around some of the remains of The World War II, such as parts of the weapons and carriages.

Menies is located on the site of the ancient city of Diktinna. Diktinna was the main temple of the goddess Vritomartis, also known as the goddess Artemis, to which believers from all over the island came. The goddess Vritomartis was worshiped in the Hellenistic and Roman eras. There you will have the opportunity to visit the ancient city, where you can see the remains of the old temple, columns and ancient baths.

From the Menies Bay, we move to Chironisia, a small bay with crystal blue waters, which can only be accessed by boat. Chironisia is full of small caves so you can snorkel inside and around them.
